If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy outlines how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
You may request a return or replacement if:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
You receive the wrong item.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
⚠️ Custom-engineered items, special orders, or products installed/used in industrial systems may not be eligible for return.

Provide your order number, invoice copy, and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return shipping process.
📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
Approve or reject the refund request.
If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
💳 Bank processing times may vary. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges for alternative products may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Standard warranty: 30 days from the date of delivery on stocked items.
Extended warranty may apply to boilers, vaporizers, and pressure vessels — details will be specified in product documentation.
The following are non-returnable:
Custom-engineered or fabricated components.
Installed or used parts.
Clearance or promotional sale items.
Items without original invoice or packaging.
For orders outside Pakistan, returns and refunds may be subject to additional terms, shipping costs, and customs regulations.
